Dr. Nikki's journey into servant leadership began with her mother, a dedicated social worker with Hospice of Northeast Florida, and was further inspired by caring for her grandfather with Alzheimer's. She founded Little Hands, Big Hearts in 2017, a nonprofit that cultivates servant leadership in children aged 3-9. The organization has since expanded, supporting vulnerable communities in Jacksonville and partnering with initiatives in Haiti and Kenya. Dr. Nikki's work is focused on holistic child development and creating future servant leaders.
